Surface Treatment/ Plating Engineer

We are currently looking for a Surface Treatment/Plating Engineer for an automation solution provider. This position requires your urgent attention.

the role

• Lead the process team to design and implement new processes for FA, new products, and qualification packages.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives for mass production, including troubleshooting, DOE, process optimization, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with customers to address quality issues, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and develop the process team, providing training, guidance, and leadership on process control and improvement.
• Lead and manage new projects, quality improvement initiatives, and innovations for plating processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and environmental standards, while promoting a culture of safety and 5S.

the experience

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in surface treatment process engineering.
